The 6th conference of the 3rd board of directors of China Haisum was held in Suzhou sucessfully. The conference passed 17 motions, made a draft of annual profit distribution plan and revised company strategies and several management approaches and systems. In addition, it made all parties reach an agreement on several plans and appointed Bian Junyi and Qi Yongyi as vice presidents. The 3rd board strategy committee, audit committee, remuneration & inspection committee and the 5th conference of the 3rd board of supervisors were held at the same time.
